Seller's communicated very well. Advised me my order wasn't in stock as originally thought. They then shipped me a free gift to ammend the inventory error. 3 weeks later 1 0f the 2 items shipped and a week later 2nd item shipped. Would give customer service a 5 star but inventory/shipping dept a 1 star, thus a rating of 3 star seemed appropriate.
