It wasn't the seller as much as FedEx was the problem. They delivered the cord to the wrong house and took a picture of the wrong mailbox. I had a terrible time getting Walmart to refund and I still haven't received one. FedEx simply took my package to the wrong house along with our neighbors packages. The driver has dumped them off before at the wrong address. It seems like he cannot find our address and chooses to drop them at the wrong place. This has happened twice now. And both times my package is in my neighbor's packages went to the wrong house, the same house twice. The poor lady that lives there has been redeliverdriverckages to us. She actually talked to the driver and he said he was new and didn't know a lot of the places. So I guess you could say my message is for Epicord. When you ship with FedEx you never know where it's going to go.

I was sent a broken bike I keep trying to contact seller and no one is emailing me back about the broken bike. Wouldn’t recommend I’ve lost out on almost $400 because the shipping is the same price as the bike.

The bike assembled easily, but would not run without choke on. Opened housing on carburetor and all the internal parts fell out. It was like they were never attached. Contacted seller and they wanted a video. When trying to make a video, after a couple of pulls, the pull start cord is no longer catching the flywheel. I have explained the issue multiple times with the seller and sent the video in three times. They want to see it run with the choke on and I have tried to explain that if the flywheel doesn't catch, then the bike won't start. I understand that not every item out of the factory is good and you get a bad one. They don't seem to want to admit that and keep giving me the run around.
