As far as I can tell this company just pull something off the shelf and send it to you not necessarily the product you ordered. If you complain they say too bad you can't get a refund or return.

i ordered 5 initial Christmas stockings. 3 out of the 5 we're correct. i received a B and a G instead of an A and a D. i started a return only to realize that if i sent them back and reordered they would get here after Christmas. so i had to improvise and buy iron on initials to fix the stockings in order for them to all be correct.
