Said they would except a return, but to contact Walmart. Walmart says to contact seller. They both point to each other in an endless loop. I even went directly to a Walmart for facetime; irrelevant as they said to contact seller. I showed the Walmart Rep the positive reply from seller, but they said to simply contact Walmart. No help. Lousy customer service.

Check the measurements of the device. I think it is perfect for a young child as it is a battery operated which is not included. It takes 4 AA batteries. So in reality it is not electric but battery operated. It is 3 1/2" wide, 5 1/2" long and 4" deep. It is all plastic. The top comes off and is top heavy. There is a button for "On, Off and Rew" Easy to operate. I blame myself for this mistake because of seeing the words electric; what a goof! Going to give it to my 9 year old great-niece for her amusement.
