Seller communicated within the time frame allotted, but that's all they did regarding customer satisfaction. The listing for the item I purchased used deceptive wording to describe it. If a description says its a dinner plate, I expect it to be a dinner plate. Those come in different sizes smaller to larger but none of them are salad size. Which is what I got. This is deceptive practice and its dishonest. When I emailed the item was the wrong size, they told me to check measurements. I can understand not refunding, but no offer of an exchange or credit? I will put this seller on my do not purchase list. Please note, I'm sure they will say I should have checked the size. My fault ....maybe, but I thought there would be an opportunity to make it right. Very disappointed.

I never received the product and no response to my requests for support.

Poor quality. Not worth the money on something that must be used daily. Do not plan to buy again.

I Like The Designs, But Not What I Ordered. Didn't Really Let Me Know Size. I Thought Was Regular Size. Also Very Expensive.
