My granddaughter open up this box for her birthday, Disappointment when she started pressing the alphabets on the toy computer the sound that came off did not even pronounce the alphabets correctly. This person on the toy computer you can't even understand the alphabets been said and the numbers. I want a refund on this item or a replacement on this item.
