I bought it from Walmart now. I don't know where y'all got it from but I hold Walmart responsible. just ship me my two side rails left and right

Completely dissatisfied with my experience using this company and having Walmart triaging my complaint. This item came extremely late/ delayed and when I get it it was in used condition and disgusting with something spilled all over the inside and It seems as parts were missing- it’s almost as they sent me someone else’s prior returned item. No one follows up with empathy or understanding nor wants to deal with the issue. Absolutely disgusting shape this arrived
