Item arrived without a box, which is fine. Item is not the same as listing photo, which is also fine. However, the item was very obviously a return and/or otherwise damaged by a user attempting to pry the sheet metal from main box and also deformed sheet metal at screw holes. Not pleased with the deception. None of that information was in original listing. Unsure at this point if item even works given that I have not had time to install/use it yet.
