Showed up on time, I wish the units were better made.

Sold me a counterfeit Razer mouse. The software on it doesn't work at all. Works only as a basic 2 button mouse.

Shipping Was quick and Controller worked and was easy to set up.

Damaged packaging unsealed item may have been used although sold as new. Ps5 controller taking back to Walmart as it is the 2023 controller and nor 2024 model.

Illegal bait and Switch at its best. What I ordered was the 3 day pre-filled applicators vs what I received was cream with a Reusable applicator. DO NOT sell what you don't have to provide! Glow theory is a terrible vendor.

There was no manufacturer box. Device came in a regular brown box no packing material or anything. There’s no mention that this device is refurbished. But when I look on the back of the physical device it has a refurbished sticker. By the description this is supposed to be a new device. This is very deceptive!

Wrong product sent. I purchased a 10lb bag of protein powder and they sent me an old playstation controller instead.

Item was not packaged well at all. The sides of the box were not taped, but just tucked inside one another. Who mails anything that way?Anyone could have stolen what was inside the box.Not professional at all.

I didn’t have communication but I received the wrong product. It was supposed to be the tanning foam but I got the mist!
