Would give zero stars if I could. I had a standard return of an unopened item. That is when seller starting badgering me about the reason why it was returned (simple, no longer want it) and then chastising me for this choice and blaming me for their shipping costs- presumably all the from and back to China. That is not my problem. The online experience is supposed to be a convenient version of a brick and mortar experience and if I buy something then I can do whatever the return policy allows. If this seller wishes to access US customers through sites like Walmart then they need to adhere to normal standards that customers expect and are granted. If their business model is unsustainable, then start warehousing items closer to the customers or stop doing it

I bought a iPhone battery listed as 3580mAh. I received a package after 20 days shipped from China and the battery was 2700mAh. Seems this seller doesn't stock anything. After receiving the order, they place an order at a cheap Chinese shop. If I wanted to order from AliExpress, I could do so myself. I ordered from this seller believing they will send me a genuine 3580mAh battery. Buyers Be Aware !!!

Scam. This is a 3rd party seller who is shipping Chinese plugs (we had to look it up) that don’t fit American outlets. This is not a Walmart product.

Extremely poor. I was unaware this is a Chinese Version of the Aqara Hub. Seller did not provide those details in the produce details. I have several Aqara items and really disappointed with this seller with hiding the fact that this was a Chinese version.
