Well, no real communication, I just ordered these door latches, and they shipped them. The pair I have work really well, so when I realised that a friends fridge had a similar problem - always overful ... and tilted enough so It would not stay closed under normal circumstances... I got these for them .... and again, they work perfectly. What more can I say?
