KF Store

over peices shipping that took way too long and misrepresented the item they were selling and sent complete junk that cant be used and probably not worth trying to return because shipping is so high!

This seller is impossible to work with when there is an issue. I made a $7.57 purchase. The item shows delivered but we never received it. When we contacted the seller they requested that we check with neighbors. We did and no one had seen the package. The KF Store still refused to replace or refund. They then required me to check with the USPS office. After waiting in line for 25 minutes they told me they could not confirm the tracking number KF Store gave me. KF Store still refused to refund the $7.57 or replace the item and sent a different tracking number they now require me to check with the USPS store. Ugh!! I am so tired of the KF Store and their unwillingness to either refund or replace. Be careful - you get what you pay for - oh wait, no you don't.
