Communication on the item and what it does was fine but again the Communication on how land why it takes so long to come to the states.

Misrepresentation of product in pics. The seller makes the flower strand appear fuller in the pics, but they do not tell you that the pics reflect many flower strands tied together.

Ordered a Vacuum and unfortunately never received it. My estimation date was 3weeks out from when I ordered the Vacuum but, I waited it was such a good deal! My order day was push up a week and expected to arrive early. I was so excited! Was posted that it was delivered and no package anywhere to be found! I waited a couple days, still nothing! Very much giving scam vibes!! Also, no picture was documented with it being left on my porch!

It took forever and then we never actually received the item.

The item I purchased IS NOT the item that I received. This is false advertising at it's best. Super disappointed in the item as well as the 5 weeks it took for me to receive it.

Smooth process, great price, although shipping was expensive

This package took so long to get here but here’s the thing it never has gotten here says it’s been delivered on May 5 and then they changed it to May 6 both days we have checked it’s not there so I think you guys need to change shipping agencies

I have no contact with the seller so have no complaint.

Took a while to get here I just figured it was a Third party delivery SUCKS period
