This has been an absolute nightmare. If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what I’d give. I spent $400 on a bike that showed up with zero instructions, nothing in the box and nothing online, not even on YouTube. One tire was completely flat, and no bike shop will touch it because fixing it means removing the motor and wiring, which they won’t do for liability reasons. I contacted the seller multiple times and got nothing back. Walmart support even stepped in and reached out on my behalf, and I still haven’t heard a single word. Now the return window has closed, and I’m stuck with a broken bike and zero help. This whole experience has been ridiculous. Horrible product and the worse customer service. From my personal experience I would recommend you take your chances with another seller.
