I was surprised that the bulbs were not like the bulb I already had. The picture on the box was exactly like the box I had but the bulbs were different. The bulbs in the new box were dial a color. Mine were just plain daylight -- no dial a color. I kept the package of bulbs as they seem to be OK and they all work. This dial a color is new to me and a bit strange.

Item shipped in s timely manner and was exactly the same as previous order.

The package arrived right on time. Only 1 out of 3 bulbs survived the trip.

If the seller is responsible for the photo, then they got it wrong! Same company, but a different model. Different style, fit, and brightness.

Didn't need them by email. did follow thru on shipping.

Walmart came through with prompt communication and delivery.

Wrong item sent. Received item with different model number and different than picture and description of what was ordered. Not sure if it is a replacement/substitution part. NO explanation given as to why a different model was sent. No return information.

you sent the wrong item and didn't remedy the situation ,even though i made you awre of what happened

Arrived on time, in good shape, and was exactly as described.
