Everything was packed well and arrived in a timely fashion. The product itself was different than I expected as the online images did not do justice to the "bamboo" handle and cartridges. This is thinner than a popsickle stick and the plastic cartridges are very flimsy. I am not sure of the durability of this product as it feel very fragile. It may easily break or crack. Not that happy with that aspect. I do like the recyclable packaging however.
