Came across helpful and sent a shipping label to return broken computer. Confirmed they received the computer and were issuing a refund to original form of payment. They asked for 48 hours to see the return. It’s now been three months and with constant emails still no refund has been issued as they continue to kindly say it is and to allow 48 hrs. So frustrating! We are out of a computer and cost of the computer! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Sold a pre-owned laptop that was still locked by the previous owner's pin code. We were expecting a NEW laptop. Can't believe it. Incompetent or unscrupulous seller. Stay away. Shame on Walmart for allowing this company to sell anything on their website.

Where do I start with this terrible experience? First, this item appears to have been opened and then returned by someone else. The packaging that I received was clearly damaged and unsealed. Second, this product's description is rather misleading. In my opinion, text that includes "JAPANESE VERSION" should be more prominently displayed in the listing. This item was completely in Japanese, so I could not even confirm whether I got the more expensive OLED version or not. Third, the customer service offered by this seller appears to be non-existent. I reached out to him to try to resolve this issue amicably and proactively. However, the seller replied once and then stopped replying (even after knowing that I urgently need this gift for my daughter's birthday). Buy from this seller at your own risk.
