So clearly Walmart is aware that this company is sending a strap and not a snowball kit…and yet can not figure out how to correct the issue.

Contacted seller waiting for response. Description in the title indicates 36 nutcrackers but only received 12. Asked for missing 24 nutcrackers asap.

obviously couldn't read the order as they mailed the wrong item completely. I ordered a clock and got a pill container

Sufficient communications regarding order receipt and shipping. Product description was accurate which was critically important. Shipping experience was normal and without issue.

There is no accuracy to this sellers postings of items being sold.

The product was received damaged so I have a low opinion of the seller. However, I reported the deficiency to Walmart right away and Walmart immediately refunded my money to me. So, while I'm obviously disappointed in the product, I give high praise to Walmart for the quick and satisfactory customer service

shipping was more like a 5 year old package it and sent it. it was folded many times and sent in a plastic bag. i am trying to straighten it out by putting piles of books on top of it. i have never seen anything like it.

I only received 2 of the 6 luggage handle covers. In over a week, Seller has not replied to my request for status of the remaining 4 items.

the seller sold me an open boxed item that didn't work.
