The seller was from China so I didn't try to contact them to negotiate with them. They had to know the pieces were not cut to fit together.

Deceptive advertising, the seller needs to be removed.

My package arrived early, so that's Awesome. I had issues with the size of the turtle habitat. Way smaller than expected, so they refunded me asap.

the item sent was a cheap foam rubber not what i ordered.

Seller was very receptive and attempted to make right but was not descriptive as to why she could not provide the 24 x 36” mat. We communicated three or four times via Walmart messenger but nothing was offered the appropriate sized mats.

Apparently they don’t know measurements at all wanted 2 12X2.75 bent angled stem they sent a 12X6 s try straight stem, completely the wrong size, obnoxiously the wrong size and the order clearly says the size

While the product works well, there was no communication with the seller. It seemed to take longer than usual to receive this online order. When it did arrive, I understood why, as the shipping label was delivered from an address of Chinese origin. The item was inexpensive, so I'm satisfied with the purchase.

The item description shows 30 tips and plainly says tips (plural), yet they only send one! I am extremely disappointed at my purchase!

Handling was alright but cartridge adapter is trash. Not made well
