I have had no need to contact the seller, and this item is one that I feel would sell out over and over again if it were displayed on a store shelf. Reusable silicone vs plastic baggies is all I needed to hear, but they are so much more. The 4 sizes provided add extra versatility to include leftovers, lunch box snack holders, and the largest bag will hold half a pound cake and keep it fresh so I can put my huge cake keeper away %26 make much needed space on my small counter. The latest use I found for them is holding Rx med bottles to carry with me to an appointment. The nurse was also thrilled with being able to see each label through the silicone bag w/o having to remove them. I can't see that small font through the silicone, but that's due to my eyesight. All around excellent product that has multiple uses without even counting the fact that they are excellent for our environment since I am not throwing away more plastic baggies.

Ok but I don’t like when an independent delivery person puts the package in our driveway to be driven over!!! Walmart did this to me not long ago we were very upset!!!
