I purchased Kirkland Minoxidil from Walmart and the order was fulfilled by QiaoSheng Supplements. Three bottles arrived without the box or instruction insert. The bottles were overfilled which was the first indication of tampering. Then when applied to the scalp it did not feel like minoxidil feels no tingling or local warmth. So I am returning this purchase and alerting everyone involved that there is tampering with medicine from this seller.

The presentation of this item has me leery of using this product. I received three loose bottles and three loose droppers inside of the shipping envelope. No box, No informational flyers, Nothing.... I am not confident that I received monoxidil... If I had received them in the original packaging that was damaged I wouldn't have a complaint....
