I ordered the : Kokiya Santa Set Climbing Stairs Slide Toy for Boys Girls Birthday Gifts 3 Santa. When it arrived it’s missing the 3 Santa and the screw for the battery compartment. I messaged the seller immediately and they keep trying to negotiate a partial refund with me. I said I don’t want to negotiate as the item is unusable I would like a full refund and for them to send me a return label for the item. They continued to try to negotiate a partial refund with me and when I finally said absolutely not, they told me I need to send the item back to an address in china and pay for the return shipping in order to receive a refund. I said I will absolutely not pay for return shipping on an item they sent to me with missing parts and completely unusable. Horrible customer service. I paid for a product that I expect to be able to use. I’m disgusted. Walmart- please remove this seller from your selling list as this isn’t the first time they’ve tried to scam someone and probably won’t be the last.
