I loved the design and utility of the mirror. But recently it doesn’t seem to hold its charge for very long. The light fades out faster than it did initially. Requires more charging. Maybe it’s too warm in Florida and the heat affects it??

Will not stay charged at first later it stopped charging. Powers on and shuts off immediately. Aside from being loud stopped working. How do I get a refund? Replacement even though I am unsatisfied with this product.

Purchased through Wal-Mart. Communication was adequate. Instruction for use was good. Packaging was visually appealing and physically adequate.

Arrived as promised and in good condition. No complaints.
