Communication is bad, I can't speak to anyone. It shipped fast, but I don't care how quickly I receive something that is NOT worth the money I spent on it. I'd rather wait a long time for a good quality piece of equipment.

They reached out via phone call when the treadmill shipped to let me know it was on the way and if I had any questions. They offered a warranty as well which is a bonus. Very good company in my opinion!

Sent wrong treadmill. I am very unhappy with WALMART as I am still waiting for my refund on this product. The email says that I would receive my refund within 10 business days of the item being returned. It was returned to them on Jan 5 and I have proof of delivery. 10 business days is up and gone and every time I call, I get a different excuse with an extended time on when the return will come. Interesting they take your money right away, but when it comes to returning your money for their mistake, they aren't cooperative. VERY UPSET!!!!!!
