The Sonic Fusion would not work. I called WaterPik to see if there was something I could do to make it work. They informed me that according to the serial number it was manufactured in 2020. After sitting on the shelf for 5 years with no charge it would not work. I am very unhappy to have wasted time on an electronic product that should not have been sold. I returned it to my local Walmart.

Hello Russell! This item is For eyebrows and eyelashes. The same item. You received the item pictured in the listing and notated, but I understand that it could be easily mistaken. Some listings say eyebrow on the product headline, not eyelash and eyebrow. I am sorry for any inconvenience. I believe you were fully refunded as well, and if not please let me know and I will take care of that.

Hello FoodieK! Hi there. The order that I have from you was for one unit of shamppo, not for a shampoo and a conditioner. Possibly you bought both items and the order was combined through the order process, but I only offer the shampoo. I don't even sell the conditioner. I am sorry for any inconvenience, and I wish I could say different to assist, but Thats honestly all I can say to address the issue. My apologies for any confusion.
