This item ships from China. So the "freight" shipping charge threw me because I've only seen that used with appliances. I was game, I waited for it to arrive. It was a decent item but the instructions were in Mandarin and the language the headphones spoke were in Mandarin. I contacted the seller asking for instructions on how to change the language on the headset to English and either a translation of or an English manual. The only response I received was that they "didn't have a manual in English. Use a translation app. Sorry. Merry Christmas." That was it. No explanation of which buttons did what, how to change the language on the headset to English, nothing. They got their money and that's all they cared about. Look at the seller reviews, this is a common theme among those that are obviously not "plants". The very first one starts out with "Don't think too much about it. Just go with it!" Don't know about anyone else but to me that's a screaming red flag. It seems this seller specializes in selling things cheap but buyer beware; I'm not so sure that they're completely honorable.
