Item was as described. Shipped and arrived quickly. I would buy from them again.

The watch broke shortly after purchase. Contacted Fitbit for the 1-year warranty and free replacement. I was told by Fitbit that the serial number was off a used watch from 2023 and there was no warranty. Was told to contact the supplier directly. Supplier referred us back to Wal-Mart and stated their contracts were pulled and all customers had to contact Walmart directly. I contacted Walmart directly. Walmart stated they only had a 90 day window. I asked why they sold me a used watch. When it was purchased the watch was listed as brand new. So it went for review from a manager and never heard back from anyone. Now I have an expensive paperweight.

I had my other Fitbit same model for 5 years. It was still running pretty well, the battery life was getting low. i only charge this ever 3-5 days

Seller pictures item and describes it as genuine part but actually ships you similar appearing off brand item that does not work as well. Dishonest seller
