I order 2 and only received 1 of the Hersheys cocoa, please refund my money

Seller sent a giant container of cocoa in a box with no additional packaging via USPS. The container busted open in transit and exploded so badly that our local mail carrier brought the box inside a large plastic bag. What's worse is that the seller demanded the item back in order to give a refund. I ordered this item because I live in a rural area and didn't want to drive 30 minutes to the nearest store. Shout out to Walmart customer service for refunding it without the requirement of returning the item. Do not order from this seller.

This seller didn't make any effort to ship this product safely. The containers were dumped into a box without any packing material and two of the containers came open. the powdered coco spilled and this was a big mess! I paid more than I should have for this product, at least it should have arrived in tact! Very poor service!!

Wrong Item delivered %26 it looked like it had been tossed around because the appliance inside were all jumbled up with a few broken %26 applesauce all over the inside! You suck!
