Spoke with WalMart customer service about broken product (within hours of first use). I only received an email from manufacturer/distributor that the ‘unit was delivered’. I’m not sure what the miscommunication was. Either Walmart or Ancove dropped the ball here. In either case the product is of low quality overall.
