no contact with the seller. There was no need to since i thought i was ordering a larger pattern than what I received. It is acrylic pieces, with very short, unclear instructions on how to sew it. I watched a YouTube video for help. Shipping is slow nowadays, especially from China, which was to be expected, but wow, that was a long time before I received it, just to be very disappointed.
