Seller was very quick to respond and easy to deal with in our situation. They did only issue 1 return label so only 1 box was picked up. They processed my return but now I need to find a way to trash the box/pieces

The net around the trampoline fell down easily, the netting should be replaced.

I was watching the price and planned to order it on Black Friday but the price actually increased and seller could not price adjust. Aside from that they were fine to work with.
