I bought a pair of shokz openfit and I love them. the right bud started to pop. of course after the time limit to refund through Walmart. took over a month to get them to respond to Walmart so I contacted them directly. they offer no exchange and now it's past refund time. extremely disappointed with bfp trading's lag in response time. I do not recommend buying anything through them. BUYER BEWARE!!!
