the item was good, but ended up not working with the system I have my biggest concern was I had to pay to ship the return almost as much as I purchased it for more of a Walmart issue than the seller issue

Three batteries were supposed to be shipped as a set so they would all have been manufactured together and be compatible they arrive a week apart and one has still not come missing one battery from this order

Hello Frank! I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The three batteries were shipped at the same time by UPS, but due to logistics restrictions, they could only be shipped in 3 separate packages. After receiving your message, we checked UPS Logistics and found a logistical anomaly with the third battery, so we have re-sent a new battery via FedEx: 390225626804.
