The seller sent a derogatory remark via email to customer service about me as a customer asking about the lids to the 8 bottles I purchased , stating that Walmart shouldn’t deal with unreasonable customers
I emailed Vazillo back telling them they are rude, and that I thought the bottles came with caps
They sent me another picture either bottles with no caps
I let them know that if they weren’t so rude I may have ordered lids from them, but I won’t ever order anything from them again, or from Walmart again, if these are the kind of vendors Walmart has, I’d rather find other suppliers, and I already have made purchases elsewhere, including for the lids to these bottles
I’ve deleted my card info from my account, and I will go elsewhere
Please have your managers follow up on the rude emails, the ones sent to Walmart, which I got as well , from Vazillo, you may want to do something about this vendor, as you may lose other customers like you have lost me
