no communication except through Walmart, fast ship ment was a positive. item is exceedingly loud the cushion is maybe 1/2 inch thick.cannot roll over a 1/4 inch bump unless full speed..

Beware it says adjustable height but you need to be knowledgeable and go in specifications to realize that it's only safe and comfortable for short people. It's a beautiful walker but they list it without being forthcoming for new device users or people that see it's attractiveness compared to ugly silver walkers and feet safe because it says adjustable. It should list as use for shorter users in the listing not buried with only measurements in the specs

The service Walmart had for this item was right on target. It came when it said it would, and the description was accurate. I would have no qualms about recommending this item for anyone who needs an electric wheelchair. It is quality made and will probably last quite a while.
