I ordered a Dell Latitude 5520 from the seller and like it so much I decided to order a second one. Unfortunately, when the second one arrived, the screen was very dim and after finding it to be fully adjustment for brightness I retuned it and ordered a replacement, The replacement arrived today and it looks just as good as the first one. I also received confirmation that the seller has received the laptop that was returned and the only thing that remains is for the refund to be process. As far as the quality of the product is concerned all 3 appears to be new laptops. No marks, no flaws except for the second on that had the dim screen. Even thought the second laptops screen was dim, I'll give the seller the benefit of the doubt as the dimness could have not been overlooked during refurbishing as the difference between the first laptop and the second was very obvious when the two were sitting side by side. Overall, despite having to order a replacement, I'm happy with the purchase.
