They sent a chart however it was not legible. The boot was an 11-11.5 in length but it is not wide. Can they resend a wide boot??

They had a card that came with the order that said if I had any problem with the order not to return the boots to the store but contact them at the number provided and they would replace the boots and I could keep the boots.
