I didn't have any communication with the seller but, I got this pretty quick and I didn't see any flaws in the making of it. I only had one issue when I took it out of the package and that was it looked like it had been on the floor or stepped on, it had some dust like stuff on it. I didn't see the need to return or raise a fuss because thing's happen and it's not a big deal, I can wash it. I just thought I'd let you know. Thank you, have a great day
