Worked great! Received timely. Used it a week later, it was still 3/4charged, hit the boost button car started right up. Michigan temperature was below freezing. I’m going to get one for my other daughter.

I ordered the blow dryer with the diffuser(gray) %26 straightener along with the $2 protection plan. But received the white one with only the straightener %26 when I returned it, was not refunded the extra $2 . I had to reorder %26 pay again! It’s been a wk, no clue where it’s at. Contacted seller. Ontrac says it has a label but no item. The “track shipment” says it’ll be here today by 9pm but isn’t marked as “out for delivery.” I expect more from a retailer. Like sending me what I ordered %26 refunding me what I actually paid. Ridiculous!!

Extremely disappointed‼️ I received a different hairdryer than I had ordered I ordered a gray one with a diffuser and received a white cheap generic hairdryer with no diffuser.In the reviews I have notice this has happened to others as well.

The item was shipped quickly. Being a woman it is better to have one of these rather than ask a random stranger if a jump is ever needed. However I could not charge it past 70 percent.
