They first rwsponded saying they would except just the 1 damaged item and would replace it via next day air shipment. when I went to store to return it, it shows I still have 1 item to return,before my refund would be given. I just want a even exchange, but it should be package with air packets to prevent damage to the pastic organizer. would like to get his situation resolved.
