I had an issue with not receiving all of my pieces but the seller had great customer service and offered me a refund.

You guys sent the wrong color I ordered grey not white but.. I think it's still pretty so it's all good. No worries.

The seller sent a different item than what I had ordered, without even asking if it would be acceptable. In this case, no a switch was not acceptable. I was specifically buying the item for it's shape, so to send me a different shape doesn't work for me. It would have been better for the seller to cancel the order instead.

No real issue, cheap cardboard box was bent up on arrival but the item itself was not damaged. Arrived within the time frame quoted.
