Good company and received my order before delivery date.

I received the shampoo but it did not look like the shampoo bottle we normally receive from Walmart or smell like the Biolage shampoo. The bottle looks like a knock off bootleg version of the shampoo. I will not purchase from them again.

This bottle clearly says conditioner and it is not! I used it thinking it was conditioner and it was sudsy, not conditioner!

Sellers post advertised 33.8 oz , Wella FusionPlex Intense Repair Conditioner..But seller sent Fusion NOT FusionPlex. Seller sent a bag of sorts I'm guessing as a gift that is for the 2nd star. I message seller to get resolved to get what I paid for but seller didn't respond, so I return all an have order from another seller. As far as my experience not happy.

The conditioner arrived open and all over the package. Only about 1/2 of it was salvageable.

This was a super easy transaction. Package arrived a week earlier than predicted, Product was padded and lids taped shut so no leaking and no mess. Thank you

I ordered the product for my sister who is in another city. It was delivered in a timely manner and she is very happy with it~

item was stated to be delivered on the 24th and today is the second. I still don't have the package

I was sent the bottles as opened and not really happy about it. I feel older product was placed into the new bottles. I feel cheated.
