Received promptly, well packed and good quality for price

Communication and descriptions were fine, but the packaging was not. When I picked up the box from my porch, the cardboard was bulging at the flap and dented. I just knew it would be broken--it was not. I think the inner wrappings protected the bowl. Thank you for understanding packaging better than I do.

Bowl was poorly package. If this box and styrofoam wrap was inside another box, the bowl would have been protected. The box was smashed and I instantly knew the bowl was ruined. Take time next time to wrap item so people can enjoy what they purchase. Considering this item was sent from China, no thought of the transit was considered.
