You have to ask them personally for a refund instead of go to the closest store you purchased it from for one. This is sold on Walmarts website. But you can not ask Walmart for a refund you have to message and ask the people who sold it to you. A third-party scammer

My order was a month late. When it arrived it had a different inside Than I thought it would have. It does not fit on my lamps

Carefully read for number of items. Thought was buying 50 puppy training pads but only got one. Actually did not state anywhere how many you will receive. My mistake for assuming, but deceptive on their part for not ever stating the number of items.
