Charm did not come in velvet pouch like started and it didnt come with a polishing cloth. It was described as both would be with charm. .

Total disappointment. Very misleading photo and information.

I thought I would not get it in time shipping was very fast.

The seller's description was very accurate, and the handling and delivery was quick and without incident.
