This seller over charged me .. I was charged $9 for this $3 box of 60 Kleenex tissues. I’m very disappointed and feel like it was a price gauge. I want a refund or the seller to make this purchase fair per Walmart standards.

I did receive my item but it was not packaged well. The Pringels canister was damaged and the lid was broken. The chips inside were stale.
