The seller respond with an automatic reply still waiting for the seller to send me a return label to return the item back and get my refund.. Still have not heard back from the seller yet, only from Walmart.. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing something to this degree through a seller through Walmart. If there’s any issues, you could not get a refund or exchange through the store not even through walmart.com. It will be directly from the seller the person and they’re just using a Walmart as a vehicle to communicate and sell their product, if it’s a third-party, I don’t recommend to purchase from the seller because they’re just using Walmart like a franchise, but Walmart is not responsible for any services besides getting the product out to you and them using their name so the sale exchange refund is between you and the seller and Walmart is like the mediator just to kinda give you heads up on my experience concern and shopping online with Walmart, if it’s an additional seller to whatever it is, you’re buying I don’t recommend it cause if you ever need a refund or an exchange, it can be challenging. If you even get a reply that’s my experience. Hopefully yours will be better.. I’m giving you heads up just so you’d be aware of the possibility of this happens to you, it you may need a refund or exchange, well Have a good day.
