It is a shame that a seller sent you a used, dusty, and smelly item! The item appears to be used. It has an unpleasant odor, significant dust all over the purifier, and multiple scratches on the top. Additionally, the filters are missing.

Product looks used. Scratches on it. Box it came in was ripped. All Hallmark Keepsake ornaments that are electronic come with batteries, this did not. I’ve ordered enough to know. I haven’t tested to see if it even works because “no batteries”. Overall disappointing since this item was sold as NEW. Buyer be aware.
