No problems with the seller . Disappointed in the manufacturer !

Upon receiving the item the items box appeared to have been previously opened even though the item was listed as new. When I opened the box, a cord was lying unfurled on top of the rest of the items. My fear that I had received a returned or refurbished item quickly gained merit. I removed the remainder of the items from the box and began the set-up/installation process. My assumptions were quickly validated when I discovered that the left ear of the headset did not work AT ALL. This was an item returned due to being defective. I immediately contacted 60
