I didn’t receive this transforms and it was supposed to be for my grandsons birthday which is tomorrow. I am very disappointed.

First, I applaud the seller for carrying the item purchased. I cannot find it at any auto parts stores locally and the product has been on the market for years and years. Thank you for carrying this Turtle Wax product. Second, the shipping service was quite responsive and much better than I expected. I will remember this and order again when I am in need of this product.

The item came damaged. The packaging was creased and torn. Though item was fine, not what I’d call “new.” Disappointing.
